Showing up 3-4 days and common sense eating is really all it takes. Cardio Kickboxing classes give you alot in terms of fitness, the fat burning is incredible, The flexibility with the punches and kicks. Better balance which is a plus ( I'm 40). Its a great stress reliever and not to mention it's good for self defense.

Yes, for the most part it's an excellent book. I even started using some of his suggestions for doing small bursts of exercise before meals on cheat days.

The author of the 4-hr work week came out with a book that tells how he has a day where he eats and drinks nothing but junk, enough to get himself a little queasy so that his body does not adapt, and to emphasize that "What was I thinking!?" feeling that keeps away the sugar cravings.
